By purchasing my art and services, you are to agree to the following terms below.General Information
Commission product will come in the form of a .png file. No physical copy shall be provided to the customer, nor layer information files such as .psd or .clip formats.
I reserve the right to decline commission for any reason.
Commissioned art is intended for personal use, and commercial use is prohibited unless discussed. If you wish to use the design, adopt, or commissioned piece commercially, I will require a fee for the commercial license, royalties, and credit for the work in question.
You cannot repost or redistribute the art for profit, without credit, or without the watermark.
Clients are not permitted under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork/adoptable for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, block-chains, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.Payment
Payments will be made through Paypal upfront.
Prices on commission sheets are flat rate, and may be subject to change based on the complexity of the commission.
Commissions are to be paid via USD currency.
Should you wish to discuss commercial use of my work, payment will be made in royalties and up to discussion. For purposes of reprinting or using my artwork., will always be 150%~300% of the original price, depending on the caliber of the intended project. Credit is required regardless of monetary value made.Credit will be necessary.

Copyright
I, as the artist, have rights to the produced art and not the customer.
I reserve the right to:
Post the finished piece and sold designs onto my social media platforms.
Use it to promote myself.
Use it in my portfolio.
Use as examples in my commission info.
Credits will be rightfully given to the customer when used.
As the customer you have reserved the right to:
Receive an unwatermarked version of the commission you’ve purchased.
Repost my work with watermark on other sites so long as you credit me. (@’s are appreciated)
Use your commission for personal use and decorative purposes.
You are not allowed to:
Trace over or edit the art without my permission.
Resell a design for more than the original adopt.
Print, reproduce, sell my art for profit without paying royalties, or paying a commercial fee and giving credit.
Take credit for my art work.
Tokenize or mint my art as an NFT.
Use my artwork as any part of AI generation and/or AI training.Process
WIP’s will be received via screenshots, allowing a chance for the commissioner to give feedback and input should they wish to change things.
Minor changes shall not be charged, however, after 3 major changes you will be charged.
Screenshots will be provided after sketch, lining, base colors, and final shading.
Commissions may take several weeks at a time. If the commission requires to be done at a certain time, please provide a deadline.
